License to Learn

Each Florida State University license tag sold in Bay County funds scholarships for FSU Panama City students. When you purchase a tag, the proceeds are earmarked directly for the License to Learn Scholarship. Hundreds of deserving local students have already been able to attend college who simply would not have been able to do so without this assistance. Income from FSU tag sales will continue to make scholarships available to qualifying students pursuing either an undergraduate or graduate degree in any program offered at FSU Panama City.
