Students who intend to register for classes in Panama City must be current or active. Newly admitted undergraduate students must attend orientation before they are permitted to register.

The Registrar provides information and assistance in the enrollment process and is responsible for scheduled course offerings, classroom assignments, and the Registration Guide ( Summer/Fall 2011  (pdf 2.72 MB)). The Registration Guide includes the academic calendar, registration dates, fee information and other registration details. The University uses online registration.

Many student services in the Office of the Registrar are provided to current students online through Blackboard's "Secure Applications." To access these online services, which includes Student FSU email accounts, students must activate their FSU ID.

The Florida State University Bulletin should be consulted for all information on University policies and procedures; minimum University requirements for a degree; and specific departmental requirements for the major. The University publishes two bulletins:

• The Undergraduate Bulletin/Catalog is published annually
• The Graduate Bulletin/Catalog is published annually
