• Responsible for 24 hour operation of CDC 6400 and a Cyber 73. Operations staff consisted of 25 people, with operators also providing on-line and local user assistance.

• University. Manager, User Services. Provided user assistance to over 7,000 users of the two FSU research computers. Supervised a staff of 14. Assistance included consultation, seminars, contract programming, “Help Desk”, and program library. Responsible for the internal training of all Computing Center personnel. Conducted high school teacher computer enrichment summer programs.
