Criminology and Criminal Justice form a broad discipline that includes the scientific study of crime, criminals, the law making process, the criminal and juvenile justice system, and offender treatment.
FSU Panama City offers an excellent Master’s of Science program. The nationally recognized graduate degree in criminology offers opportunities for career advancement within the field in state and federal law enforcement and justice system. Day and evening courses are offered by full-time resident faculty. Small classrooms and accessible faculty promote a more personal learning environment. Students are offered opportunities for professional preparation and networking by joining the campus chapter of LAE (American Criminal Justice Association), volunteering, and/or interning with local agencies.
