Degree Program Overview
The College of Engineering graduate program is jointly managed by Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University and Florida State University (FAMU-FSU) through the Florida Engineering Educational Delivery System (FEEDS). Full-time daytime courses are offered primarily through interactive television (live and recorded), web-based distance learning and full-time resident faculty.
Master's degree programs are offered in:
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
With prior approval from the students' advisor, credits earned from other FEEDS participating universities (see http://www.feedsnet.org/) may be transferred and applied toward their degree program. Students must earn a minimum of fifty percent of all course credits applied to the MS degree from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
Career Opportunities with this Degree
For the working professional, maintaining and enhancing one's own level of competence is the key to the potential for advancement within an organization. The College of Engineering actively pursues projects for military agencies and private companies for FSU Panama City that allows real-world experience to be brought into the classroom.
