FSU now accepts State Employee Fee Waivers for both undergraduate and graduate level courses.
SIX CREDIT HOURS PER SEMESTER ON A SPACE-AVAILABLE BASIS
The Florida State University welcomes State Employees to enroll for up to six [6] credit hours of courses per term on a space available basis. Please follow the process outlined below.
For state employees who want to take classes at the Tallahassee Campus (FL) please click here for appropriate form and specific administrative procedures.
Returning Students can proceed directly to the Registration section below and should review the FSU PC Registration Guide.
All other prospective or returning students should pursue admission or readmission to the University by the appropriate deadline.
State employee registration and fee waiver processing cannot be performed for students who are not admitted to the University.

REGISTRATION
1. Once you have completed one of the admissions processes listed above, please download the applicable waiver form.

2. Please complete the form, indicating the courses you wish to take and have your supervisor and agency head (or designee) sign the waiver form. NOTE: The Florida State University accepts only the official FSU State Employee Tuition Waiver Form. Agencies may require additional paperwork or forms (such as an "Intent to Apply" form) however, agency paperwork or forms are not valid for use in this process.
3. After you have completed the tuition waiver form and had it approved by your supervisor and agency head, please take the form to the FSU PC Registrar's Office (see registration dates and times below) to complete the registration process. Anyone who registers prior to the registration deadline listed below assumes personal financial liability for the courses. Faxes will NOT be accepted.

Tuesday, January 12, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS:
The Florida Legislature has mandated that all university students must be informed of the risks of meningitis and hepatitis B infections. Incoming students will be required to either show proof of immunization or sign a waiver declining the vaccines prior to being permitted to register. Since this is a new requirement in addition to providing proof of immunization for Rubeola, Mumps and Rubella measles, please contact the Panama City Campus Office of Student Affairs (850) 770-2170 for more information. Information about the immunization requirements will be included in the acceptance packet for newly admitted, readmitted degree-seeking and Special Students.
FSUCARD:
State Employees as students at Florida State University are eligible to obtain an FSUCard. To obtain an FSUCard, please go to the Panama City Campus Office of Student Affairs (210 Barron) or for more information call (850) 770-2170.
